Description: We’ve taken our fantastic Belgian Saison yeast and created a hoppy Saison full of flavor and hop character. The light use of Munich and caramel malts provides just a kiss of malt sweetness in the background of the beer. The use of rye malt and the spicy esters from the yeast give this Saison a zingy profile. The liberal use of Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand provide a wonderful aroma and taste of Sauvignon grapes. We think this beer will surely put you in a headlock that you may or may not be able to escape!
