Description: This is our very first batch of mead! Mead #1 is a triple berry blend of black currant, raspberry, and blueberry. Mead is believed by many to be the original fermented alcoholic drink. It is fermented honey and water and is often called “honey wine.” We used locally sourced wildflower honey from our buddy Paul Kusek. Mead #1 is a rich, sweet treat balanced with lots of tart fruit, served chilled and un-carbonated. Enjoy! Viking attire not required.
