Description: Celestial Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Brewed in the Fall of 2019, we laid this tasty beer to rest in some Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, charred-oak and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the dark chocolate, cherry and raspberry notes of the base beer. Pouring a syrupy black with a dark brown head, this is a full bodied beer for sipping and savouring.
