Crisp, dry and subtly nuanced, offering an aromatic array of lemon zest, cracked pepper, white grapefruit and earthy funk; crafted in collaboration with our friends Terry Hawbaker & Kristen Mullen (Intangible Ales), as well as with our good buddy Gene himself. Brewed with rye & oats, hopped with Citra, Aramis & Chinook, soured with lactobacillus and fermented exclusively with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Drei for six months in tank.
