Description: Hell's Cellar Sour Series is a limited release American wild ale. We aged our saison in Messina Hof Cabernet wine barrels for over a year in the presence of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus & Pediococcus to create a very complex, dry saison. Before hand bottling we infused this creation with hibiscus to create a distinctly tart yet refreshing ale. Please enjoy our newest creation and feel free to age this beer for the months/years to come. Cheers y'all!!
