Ovviamente gli ingredienti irrituali sono i luppoli americani cascade ed il palissade che insieme al saaz donano un bouquet floreale unico ed intenso. Birra secca e molto fresca che lascia spazio ad un amaro finale intenso e unico. English: Birra del Borgo’s own interpretation of the classic Czech pilsner. Not so classic the generous use of American hops – cascade and palisade – that join the saaz hop from Czech Republic giving the beer a unique and intense flowery bouquet. Brewed with a triple decoction it has intense hoppy and malted notes. Dry and fresh, it has a strong, unique bitter finish.
