La base è sempre la nostra amata Duchessa dove aggiungiamo 100 gr./litro di fragole fresche appena raccolte. La freschezza, ma anche l'acidità, delle fragole si ritrova sia al naso che al gusto conferendo alla birra un carattere unico. ENG: Fragus. All good things come in three! After its sisters Rubus and Prunus the time of Fragus has come! The base is always our beloved Duchessa where we add 100 gr./Liter of fresh strawberries freshly picked. You can smell and taste the freshness, but also the acidity of strawberries which give to the beer a unique character.
