Description: Trevor Doyle is to blame for this one. He came to me asking about a beer he wanted me to brew for his brother-in-law's upcoming nuptials. I was aware of this particular one, and jumped at the chance to make it. It is unique in that 90% of the hops were added in the whirlpool. This provides smoother bittering and lots of hop flavor and aroma. Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide loads of "juicy" flavors.
