Description: This Time 15 is a bit bigger than our previous releases at 8%+, but has a nice restrained bitterness due to our only adding hops late in the boil and whirlpool. It's also double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. The malts are a tri-blend of Pils, 2-row and Maris Otter with an addition of malted oats.
