Description: A funky spontaneous, wild ale - the flavor of the 'countryside'. This entirely Minnesota concoction is made from St. Croix Valley-grown Marquette grapes that were hand crushed and added to wort made from 100% Minnesota malt and hops where the microflora on the grapes starts spontaneously fermenting the wort. With notes of barnyard, spice, orange peel, raw leather, edelweiss and cordial cherries. This is a pure, wild taste that is entirely Minnesota.
