A refreshing yet vibrant new world lager, were all the malt and hops are sourced from Victoria and Tasmania. After the beer has fermented at a cool temperature, Galaxy and Ella hops are further added during cold conditioning. Cool Hops is a collaboration brew between Adam Betts of Northdown Craft Beer, Australia and Christian Skovdal Andersen of Beer Here, Denmark
