Description: King Maté is a Yerba Maté infuse English Style IPA with an American twist. This medium bodied IPA has a huge amount of tropical fruit and citrus aroma, due to the 3X dry hop, intermingled with a prominent malty character. The twist here is the yerba mate infusion; We infuse the Maté post boil, during the cooling process, in order to preserve as much nutritional value, and earthy bitterness, as possible. Both hops and maté work together brilliantly to balance the toasty sweetness of the English malt.
