Description: Ginger Beerd Brettoberfest with Fresh Ginger, by Colby Chandler and Chuck Silva - Burnt orange with a slight reddish hue from the use of Goldpils Vienna, Weyermann Caramunich and a touch of Briess Blackprinz. Slight spiciness from the Tettnanger hops, Perle hops and fresh ginger juice in the kettle. 100% fermentation with White Labs Brett Trois yeast and a fresh ginger root addition post fermentation. A refreshing and fun ginger beer made from two brewers / friends with ginger beards!
