Description: Bigger, meaner, and with stubby little T-Rex arms! Hoptopus Rex is our showcase of what a Washington brewed Triple IPA can be. Washington Select barley, grown and malted in-state. NW craft classic Cascade hops, plus Amarillo and Belma, two great landrace hop varieties discovered growing out in the Yakima Valley hop yards. Malts: WA Select 2-Row, Crystal 40, Special Aromatic, Wheat, and Sour. Hops: Cascade, Amarillo and Belma.
