A grist consisting of barley, oats, spelt and rye was fermented with Mikkeller Baghaven house blend of saison yeast and native yeast and bacteria, then aged in Chardonnay barrels for 12 months. Refsæsøen was naturally conditioned in green 75 cL bottles for 7 months prior to release. Blend 1.
