This coffee was chosen for it’s unique process— the pulped cherries were fermented anaerobically (without oxygen) for 10 hours, producing a consistent, complex flavor profile. The result is a big bang of character-- we’re getting milk chocolate, fluffy marshmallow, orange, smooth honey, & sugary, buttery snickerdoodle cookie.
