Description: A collaboration with Ratchet of JasonKnowsBeer.com. Asheville Brewing Co. and award winning Tennessean brewer and buddy, Jason Carpenter, aka Ratchet, joined forces to brew the creamy and delicious Neapolitan Nitro. We started by brewing a tasty stout with French Broad cacao nib husks, added a house-made strawberry-vanilla concoction, courtesy of our chef Josh Dillard and created a neapolitan ice cream stout. This amazingly creamy and sweet nitro stout will only be on tap at our locations which means if you’re reading this, we’ll see you soon! Malts: Marris Otter, Pale Chocolate Malt, Oats, C-90, Black Patent, Red Wheat, Roasted Barley, Cara Pils, Lactose Hops: East Kent Goldings
