Description: Our biggest IPA to date, I9.0 is a massively dry hopped dank brew. We kept the malt bill pretty simple to showcase over 2 pounds per barrel dry hops combined with hop oil extracts and 2 pounds per barrel of hops in the kettle. Fruit and resinous flavor and aroma dominate this hop head’s dream of a beer. Brewed this special batch with our good friends at Industry Nine Componentry, who happen to make some of the world’s best bicycle wheels right here in Asheville.
