Description: A collaboration between Artisan Brewing, Monk Brewery & Kitchen and Cellarbrations Superstore. This special beer was brewed at Boston Brewery in Denmark in June 2016. The base beer is Artisan's "Diabla" Tripel enhanced with a secondary fermentation of 20 kilos of fresh mangoes & fresh raspberries to balance the acidity. The result is a classic Belgian Tripel with complex yeast esters and peppery phenols complimented with natural mango aromatics and flavour. The finish has a crisp berry acidity and a long mango flavour on the length of the palate. Multi-award winner: PRBS 2017 Gold Medal, AIBA 2017 Gold Medal, 2017 Southwest WA Beer of the Year, and voted one of the top 10 beers in WA 2016
