Lovingly named after our red headed bar manager and assistant brewer, Dave. Creamy mouthfeel from the wheat but carbonated high for the quench factor. Ginger and citrus comes through in the aroma and flavor, but is subtle enough not to overpower the base style. Tabouli salad and our Veggie Burger would pair well with Dave.
