Description: Bourbon Barrel Aged Double Mash Imperial Wheat Stout - American Outlaws Series Barrel: Kentucky Straight Bourbon, 14 months (1792) Ingredients: Water. Barley malt: Pilsner, Munich, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Cara-Munich 2. Wheat malt. Hops: Summit, Cascade. Yeast: UK-Ale Naturally the Apache Kid had a given name, but no-one really remembered it, and even if they did they couldn’t pronounce or spell it, so Apache Kid gave it up and was content with being called Apache Kid, or simply the Kid. He was born a White Mountain Apache in the 1860s on the San Carlos Reservation in Arizona. Already at an early age he got acquainted with Al Sieber, who was in charge of the US Army native scouting corps. Apache Kid enlisted, and owing to his remarkable abilities in the job, he was soon promoted to sergeant. The Kid, however, had a weak spot - one called Tiswin. A primitive but potent form of corn liquor. At some point when the Apache Kid was left in charge of the army scouts, they decided to cook up some Tiswin. As a result, everyone got severely intoxicated and an altercation resulted in multiple deaths – among whom were the Kid’s father. The Apache Kid took a deadly revenge and was now suddenly considered a murderer. A long legal battle began, in which he was first sent to Alcatraz, then freed and then both re-arrested and re-sentenced to seven years in Yuma Prison.
