Single hop (Galaxy) Double IPA fermented on 200lbs of fresh peaches from Baird Family Orchards in The Commons open-top barrel fermenters. After primary fermentation it was moved on to 200 more pounds of peaches in stainless! Peachy, rustic, bright orange with restrained bitterness.
