Description: A Collaboration between All In Brewing, Sweden and Lervig Aktiebryggeri, Norway. Schysst IPA is an India Pale Ale in full american westcoast style, that is to say that the beer has a clear focus on its hop profile with a little lighter and brighter malt base. For this beer, we have chosen to use the three varieties of hops; American Citra and Australian Galaxy, which gives the beer a floral tropical fruitiness, and U.S. Chinook that adds a little spicier hop base. You could say we went "ALL IN" in the amount of hops in this beer. Schysst IPA has a bitterness of 65 IBU and an alcohol content of 6.3% by volume. OG 14.3 Plato. FG 2.7 Plato. Enjoy!
