Description: 10% blonde Belgian beer, Solebay Celebratory Beer was brewed to celebrate the 350th anniversary of Brewing at the Sole Bay brewery. We decided late one night that the beer should be based on the strong sparking Belgian style beers we were enjoying at the retirement do of our production manager and chief engineer, Bob Lee. This beer was brewed with East Anglian Pilsner malted barley, Demerara and Muscavado sugar, lightly hopped with Nelson Sauvign. We added a few springs of locally grown lavender at the end of fermentation to add a subtle floral touch.atory beer created in celebration of 350 years of brewing at Adnams.
