Description: This Kölsch-style beer is an AD HOP brewing & Wapping Brewery collaboration, brewed at Wapping. Kev-the-Beard Tribute is the AD HOP branding of this production in tribute to Liverpool bartender Kev Curlett! In this version AD HOP has continued with post-fermentation treatment with juicy blueberries. The core Kev-the-Beard Tribute is a traditional Kölsch-style beer, brewed with Hallertauer Tradition hops, fermented slowly and lagered for a number of weeks prior to packaging. This beer is refreshing, yet flavoursome, Pilsner malt character shines through, giving way to a extremely satisfying level of bitterness - adding to the quaff-ability of this beer. In addition, Kev–Blue has tons of fresh blueberry on the nose, super blueberry flavour with a mild tart finish - and a fantastic indigo colour.
