Description: Our latest collaboration has a Dutch infusion! Strong Belgian style, spiced Saison brewed using fresh Cardamom, Star anise, Liquorice root and UK hops. Brewed in collaboration with De Noord-Hollandse Bierbrouwerij, North Holland. A portion of Vienna malt has been added to the grist for a subtle, sweet, biscuit backbone. Belle Saison yeast has been used for fermentation providing the timeless, traditional Saison trait.
