Description: Inspired by the light delicate beer from Japan, Serenity is our first beer with made with the addition of rice to the grist. The rice makes this beer very pale and light in character, while the addition of Wakatu hops from New Zealand provide a refreshing citrus flavour with a hint of vanilla.
