Starting with a complex base of 7 different malts and a touch of lactose sugar, this beer has a rich and full body with traditional notes of chocolate, coffee, and caramel. We then added experimental hop variety HBC630, along with Sabro and Idaho 7, for complimentary flavors of coconut, cedar, and cherry hard candies.
