Proceeds the Gentian | Antidoot - Wilde Fermenten
ABV: 8.0%
Style: Sour - Other
Description: On a cold and rainy April day in 2018 we brewed an Amaro-inspired sour/bitter beer together with the three brothers of Pen Druid Brewing (Virginia, USA). We added gentian root and Sicilian oranges to the coolship overnight, before barrel-aging it for 15 months. Drinking recommendation: from spring 2020 until 2022/2023... Serving temperature ideally between 12 and 14° c. You can also decant this one in a carafe (don’t worry about die loss of carbonation)
