Description: This collaboration beer was brewed with ParrotDog in Wellington and Two Birds in Victoria. This Black IPA uses Green hops and Golden Naked Oats, to represent the sporting colours of Australia and New Zealand. We also also included 3 avian hop varieties – Falconer’s Flight, Phoenix and Toma”hawk”. The beer displays big velvet malt notes balanced with a powerful hoppy, pine aroma with citrus and spice characters
