Description: High Socks - 100% Mosaic IPA is another one of our single hopped NE style hazy IPAs. This time we used Mosaic, one of our favourite hops. You'll get big notes of Pineapple and candied tropical fruit followed by some slight resinous, dank flavours. We kept the body big to hold up to the huge flavours of the Mosaic hop and for a beer that clocks in at 7% ABV, it is incredibly crushable.
