Description: Hot Take is our Zero IBU IPA. We threw a ton of hops into this beer but managed to keep the IBU at zero by adding all of the hops after the boil. That meant two massive dry hopping additions. Doing this allows the beer to keep all of that big fruity hop flavour and aroma with out any of the bitter flavour. This one is going to ruffle some feathers but we think it's an awesome showcase of the other side of hops.
