Description: Sometimes you find yourself searching the malt storage for lost malts. We found a nice selection of open bags and decided to brew a beautiful stout with these leftover malts. To make it even more an ‘assembly’ we threw 3 different barrels in the mix, Cognac, Triple Sec and Auchentoshan Whisky. The outcome is splendid and simply ludicrously delicious! Enjoy!
